Approval of the Agreement

If you wish to shop from the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store, you must first register and obtain a user password by filling out the registration form. This signifies your acceptance and commitment to comply with the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store membership agreement. The user is considered to have committed to the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store agreement from the moment they successfully complete the membership procedures and receive any service or place an order through this system.

Description of Services

The FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store offers various communication services (voting, ordering gift packages, ordering custom-made products, requesting announcements, requesting promotional notifications, etc.) and the opportunity for electronic shopping to its members who have approved the agreement. The membership system of the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Store operates with a "password" determined by the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store member. The email address provided during registration is unique to the member, and only one membership can be created; it is not possible to have two different memberships with the same email address. The "password" is known only to the user and can be changed at any time if desired. The selection and protection of the password are entirely the user's responsibility. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. and the Virtual Store are not responsible for problems arising from password use. To access services requiring Virtual Store membership, the user must use the email address and password specified during registration. This process is referred to as "logging in" to the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store.

Member's Obligations

During the use of FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store services, the Member acknowledges that the information provided in the Registration form is accurate and that they are responsible for any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information (such as forgetting the password), and that their membership may end in such cases. The member acknowledges that the copyright of the services and software provided by FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store belongs to FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store and that they will not reproduce or distribute these software in any way. The member acknowledges that they are responsible for the personal ideas, thoughts, expressions, added files, and personal information they submit when using FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store services, and that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store cannot be held responsible for these files. In the event of such occurrences, the user is obliged to cover all damages that may arise for FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. The member acknowledges that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store will not be responsible for messages, files, or information lost, incomplete, or sent to the wrong address during the use of the services. The member agrees not to access FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store services in a manner other than that determined by FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store, not to modify the software, not to use modified versions, and to pay all material and moral damages that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store may suffer in case of non-compliance with the mentioned provisions. The member acknowledges that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store will not be liable for damages due to unauthorized reading of member data. The member agrees not to send threatening, unethical, racist, or messages contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international agreements, to ensure that the correspondence, subject headings, aliases, comply with general morality, manners, and legal rules, not to publish, print, distribute, or advertise material or information that tarnishes, violates, or is contrary to the names of individuals or institutions, and not to advertise or offer any goods or services or make offers for sale. The member agrees not to engage in activities such as surveys, contests, or chain letters. The member agrees not to send information or programs that may harm the information or software on other users' computers, not to demand compensation from FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store for damages that may arise due to the use of the service, not to use FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store services for commercial or advertising purposes without permission, and acknowledges that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store can monitor the entire system at any time or continuously. In case of violation of the rules, FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store has the right to intervene as necessary, remove the member from the service, and terminate the membership. The member acknowledges that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store may use its system for commercial purposes. The member agrees not to post prohibited information according to the laws, not to distribute chain mail, software viruses, etc., and not to register and misuse personal information belonging to others. The member is solely responsible for all transactions made with the email address provided during registration. Customers must make purchases using a valid credit card through the system. If the credit card validity is not confirmed, the customer cannot shop from the system. If a product is received by another person, the recipient must sign a document verifying that they "know the person who sent the product on behalf of FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store." If the document is not signed, the product will not be delivered, and therefore, the order will be considered incomplete. The member acknowledges that FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store has the authority to suspend or completely stop the operation of the system temporarily due to future technical necessities and compliance with legislation. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store will not be liable for any obligations to its members or third parties due to the temporary suspension or complete shutdown of the system. The email address and password entered by the user during registration will be displayed and confirmed after filling out the application fields provided by FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store may indefinitely prevent customers who have filled in all fields or who have a password from obtaining a new password or using their passwords. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store does not guarantee that services will be provided on time, securely, and without errors, that the results obtained from the use of the service are accurate and reliable, or that the quality of the service will meet expectations. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store holds ownership and copyright rights to the information, documents, software, design, graphics, etc., works it produces and/or purchases externally. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store's sales are limited to its own stocks. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store may not deliver products that are out of stock, cancel the order, and refund the order amount to the customer's account. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store reserves the right to relocate information, documents, software, design, graphics, etc., works uploaded to the system by members at its discretion. The member acknowledges that these published materials may be copied and/or published by other users. In such cases, the member will not claim any copyright fees from FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store is fully authorized to use the personal information transmitted by the member for communication, promotion, product delivery, advertising, etc., commercial purposes to content providers and web services users. FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store may support or conduct any advertising and promotional activities for companies with products within the FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. Virtual Store.
